To add riders to your account, you’ll want to contact our call center at 877-772-3359 Mon. - Fri. between 8am to 5pm (PST). One of our representatives can assist with adding riders and making any other needed account changes. Please have all rider information available when calling. Once added, you can then access your account online for them to begin the course.
Note that when you add youth riders under age 16 to the account; in addition to successful completion of online training, hands-on certification is also required.
